Bee Pollen Mix With Honey Lemon Tea

Ingredients
  1. 1 cup all-purpose flour
  2. 1 cup yellow cornmeal
  3. 1 tbsp baking powder
  4. 1/4 cup Sue Bee® Hot Honey
  5. 1/4 cup sugar
  6. 2 large eggs, lightly beaten
  7. 1 cup buttermilk or heavy cream
  8. 1/4 cup vegetable oil
Directions
  1. Heat oven to 400 degrees F and lightly grease a 9×9-inch baking pan.
  2. Stir together flour, cornmeal, sugar, and baking powder in a large bowl;
  3. form a well in the center. Add cream, eggs, oil, and honey; stir until
  4. well combined and pour batter into the baking pan.
